According to article no. 3 of Presidential Creed 100/1994 (Government Gazette 78 vol. Α΄), as it has been amended by legal provisions of paragraph no. 20 of article no. 59 of Law No. 3966/2011 (Government Gazette 118/Α΄), the Centre is administered by a five-membered Board (five regular members and five alternate members).

The five-membered Board (according to Government Gazette List of Employees and Bodies of the State Issue no. 21/21.01.2015, where Ministerial Decision no. 5667/Ζ1 concerning the composition of the Centre’s Board, is included) is manned by:

  1. Ioannis Kazazis, Professor Emeritus of the Aristotle University of Thessaliniki, President; Dimitrios Koutsogiannis, Professor at the Department of Philology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, acting as deputy president.
  2. Antonios Rengakos, Member of the Academy of Athens, Professor at the Department of Philology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki; Aimilios Mavroudis, Professor at the Department of Philology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, acting as deputy member.
  3. Aikaterini Koika, Director General of the General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad, representing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Vassiliki Zotou, Deputy General of the General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad, acting as deputy member.
  4. Georgios Giannakis, Professor at the Department of Philology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, representing the Ministry of Culture and Sports; Athanassios Vagenas, Professor at the Faculty of Theatre Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, acting as deputy member.
  5. Konstantina Kottaridis, Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus, representing the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs; Evangelia Psihogiou, School Consultant, Head of the Department for Academic and Educational Supervision in Secondary Education, acting as deputy member.

Board members have been appointed for a five-year term of office.
